Bespoke glazing solutions
With our wide-ranging experience we are often called in to complete bespoke glazing projects.
Barn conversion

Difficult access in this barn conversion
This bespoke steel framing, complete with double-height sliding doors was to be glazed with large sealed units. The only problem was that access was from the other side of the building.
Temporary staging was erected to move the units across the uneven terrain outside. We developed a transport system in-house that could be adjusted on-site to achieve the angles required to guide the units through doorways with less than an inch to spare.
Septagon roof unit

2.7m septagon unit
This 2.7m seven-sided double-glazed unit weighed in at 350kg.
Although the revolutionary reciprocal-framed timber building is situated in a clearing in dense woodland, we were able to crane in the unit.
