Anglian Architectural are pleased to announce that we have recently secured the total envelope package for this project in London.
The refurbishment will deliver a two‑storey extension to increase office floorspace, along with the full replacement of all building façades. The upper floors will benefit from new external terraces, with an additional rooftop terrace offering further amenity space. A new ground‑floor entrance will be created to form a contemporary, welcoming reception area.
Our Scope of Works on the project includes:-
· Schuco curtain walling, windows, doors
· SFS
· GRC cladding
· Aluminium cladding
· Brickslip
Commence on site due Q1/2027.
