Project Update - 4 Brandon Road

Progress on the project gained momentum throughout October. The front elevation Level 1 curtain wall installation is nearing completion, while Levels 2 and 3 are well underway with glass installation progressing steadily. As the front elevation requires close coordination with the precast cladding installation, this interface is being carefully managed to ensure alignment and quality.
At the rear elevation, window frames on Levels 2 to 4 have now been installed, with glazing scheduled to begin within the next week. On-site works will continue into early 2026, focusing on the ground floor curtain walling.
Additionally, our FIRAS site audit took place on the 20th of October—an essential step in maintaining our accreditation. The audit was successfully passed, and special thanks go to Michal, Paul, Emily, and Ben for their valuable contributions.
