We're incredibly proud to announce that Anglian Architectural has been shortlisted in the Façade Awards UK 2026 for Best Refurbishment Project for our work at 40 Broadway.
This landmark refurbishment demonstrates what's possible through collaboration, technical expertise and exceptional craftsmanship. Our scope of works included the installation of Schüco capped curtain walling, fire-rated curtain walling, Schüco swing door units, fire-rated swing doors and Schüco windows, helping to transform this prestigious commercial development. The building is now home to the London Headquarters of Formula 1.
Being recognised alongside some of the UK's very best façade specialists is an honour and reflects the dedication, skill and commitment of our fantastic team and trusted project partners. Every successful project is the result of a collective effort, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who played a part in bringing 40 Broadway to life.
