Following the successful completion of 5-10 Brandon Road (Mayde building), Anglian Architectural were appointed to carry out the works adjacent at 4 Brandon Road for the design, supply and installation of the curtain walling, windows, doors and associated works.
This new VERSA building, located in the King’s Cross Knowledge Quarter, offers 51,600 sq ft of highly adaptable laboratory, office, and advanced manufacturing space. Versa is a BREEAM accredited, WiredScore and SmartScore building with on-site renewable generation through photovoltaic panels.
Our works consisted of Aluprof MB-SR50N EFEKT & MB-SR50N EI (fire rated) curtain walling , MB-79 N & MB-78 EI (fire rated) windows, MB-86 & MB-78 EI (fire rated) doors and automatic swing doors.
