Anglian Architectural have successfully completed the project at 40 Broadway. This Grade A commercial office development delivers approximately 125,000 sq ft of office accommodation across eight floors and includes a landscaped roof terrace overlooking St James’ Park. The building boasts BREEAM Excellent, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum sustainability credentials.
Our scope of works included a combination of Schüco capped curtain walling and fire-rated curtain walling, Schüco swing door units and fire-rated swing doors, as well as Schüco windows.
A prestigious project, delivered to a high standard and now fully let to Formula 1 for their London Headquarters.
