Designed to take full advantage of it’s corner location, One Great St Helens features a bow window frontage and 4,500m2 of high quality, sustainable office space.
Anglian Architectural were appointed as the specialist façade contractor to undertake the design, supply & installation of Curtain Walling, Glazing & Cladding Works to the Wintergarden Extension on Level 10, the Rainscreen Cladding & Copings to Level 11 and remedial works consisting of curtain walling, louvres, doors & glazing to the Ground Floor Entrance.
Our scope of works consisted of a mixture of Schüco FWS50 curtain walling, Schüco ADS 65HD, Schüco ASE60 & Schüco ASS70FD doors together with aluminium rainscreen cladding, copings, louvres and brise soleil.
